How long does a private airplane take to reach the patient's location?
As soon as you send all your documents, the full cost of the reservation is transferred, and a private airplane is sent directly to you. This process takes a few hours. If the case is relatively non-emergency, the operation takes place within 12 hours maximum.
Can my private insurance cover an emergency medical evacuation?
If your insurance includes pre-payment for health services, you can use your insurance details to complete the reservation without any problems. Before the evacuation operation can be operated, full and in advance payment must be made.
How many companions is the patient allowed to bring?
The number of escorts depends on airplane size, since airplanes of different sizes are available. The smallest plane can accommodate three passengers on board, including the patient. This means that during the flight, the patient can have two companions, where in larger airplanes more companions are possible.
Required Documents for Submission
You will need to send all the following documents to complete the reservation process quickly:
